Previously Company Owner in residential real estate in Chicago, Illinois, and in Costa Rica since 1979. Employment: Illinois Real Estate Broker, Assistant Clerk, U.S. Senate/House Committee; Public Relations, Children's Memorial Hospital, Chicago; Assistant to the Head of Psychiatry Children's Memorial Hospital; A.B. Degree, Foreign Area Studies, University of North Carolina; Graduate studies in Italian and Spanish. Member of National Association of Realtors, International Visitors Center. Licensed as a Broker by the Costa Rica Real Estate Chamber. Member of Costa Rica Newcomers' Club, American Costa Rican Chamber of Commerce. From 2003 to 2005, Portfolio Properties was the Exclusive Affiliate of Sotheby's International.Realty. Gina Sánchez Rojas - Associated Broker

Gina is a native Costa Rican, with studies in the United States. She studied Administration at the UNED University in Costa Rica, courses in Advanced English, and 6 years as Executive Secretary for Portfolio Properties Real Estate, San José, between 1995 and 2000. Her sales career began as an Agent in Heredia, Central Valley as well as a year with Sotheby's International, Portfolio Properties, Escazu. Currently Associate Partner with Portfolio Properties currently domiciled in Arizona, as our Relocation Partner..

Erika Quiros- Office Manager

Erika has a joint nationality, Costa Rican and American. Educated in Costa Rica and the United States, experienced in all aspects of administration. She is master of all of our office matters. Erika is fluent in Spanish and English.

Coleman Heckart, Professional Photographer

After 25 years of a professional career in commercial photography in the United States, including various urban centers, the well know JMB REALTY of Chicago, Illinois, and Trammell Crow developers. Coleman re located to Costa Rica six years ago. He is currently on contract with Portfolio Properties, and works with prominent architects, developers, and well known charitable organizations all over the Country.

WILLI OTTO KOBE: Willi's main office is in the Golfito area, specializing in the new Marina project and the Osa Penninsula. Since 1988 he has been involved with residential real estate, business and commercial brokerage in Costa Rica. Employed before as Assistant to Minister of Interior and Minister of Justice, 1986-1988. Graduate studies in German, English and Spanish. Originally from Bremen, Germany. He was Partner in Portfolio Properties for ten years with Elizabeth Hand, headquartered in San José, Costa Rica. Member of Costa Rican Real Estate Association, Lic. # 979.

CARLOS EDEN,   Project Developer.  Carlos, originally from Argentina, is currently affiliated with a well known Costa Rican group of Architects, Engineers, and Associates, who are very experienced with a variety of in Country, particularly in the Central Valley, projects of medilum and smaller scale.  For several years, he was in charge of the Vista Azul Marina-Condo project in Puntarenas, Los Prados, Escazu, Grupo Lindora of Santa Ana, and the Casas de Santa Ana condo home development.  Now  an independent, Carlos works with Portfolio on projects of various sizes for our foreign clients, as well as the Costa Rican established clientele.
